ARABICA SEMI WASH

Arabica Semi Wash coffee offers a harmonious balance of quality and flavor, making it an excellent choice for espresso and blends. Grown at altitudes of 1,200–1,700 masl in the fertile highlands of West Java, this Arabica variety (Sigararutang, Lini S) undergoes a semi-wash process — a method that involves fewer washing steps than full wash, yet delivers beans with clear size, smooth texture, and excellent potential for espresso preparation. Its flavor profile is defined by a soft, low-bitter earthy aroma, complemented by sweet notes, high acidity, and a creamy body that enhances every cup.

ARABICA FULL WASH

Arabica Full Wash coffee represents the finest expression of West Java’s highland terroir. Grown at elevations of 1,500–1,700 masl in the fertile region of Cimahi (Gunung Halu), these premium Arabica beans (Sigararutang, Lini S) undergo a meticulous full wash process with multiple washing stages to ensure exceptional clarity and flavor.

The beans are carefully fermented and dried on raised beds, resulting in a cup that’s clean, vibrant, and refined.
